Cancellations
we required a 24 hour notice for cancellations or appointment changes for weekends(Fri,Sat,Sun) and holidays. A credit card is required to secure a reservation for weekend (Fri,Sat,Sun) and holidays,if you are booking 2 or more appointments during one scheduling session. No shows or cancellations with less than the required notice will incur a $50 fee on your credit card.

Late Arrive Policy
please arrive at lease ten minutes early to prepare for the service. To be fair and courteous to our other clients and staff, appointments will be automatically cancelled 10 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged according to our cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. Of course in special cases, if our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made to reserve any kind of spa services.All sales are final.The owner(s) reserve the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued under special circumstances. Typically, prepaid charges can be used for other services of your choice, or we can issue our store credit for later use.
Lost articles
please be responsible for your valuables. relax foot spa is not responsible for any personal items lost or left behind. we will keep any returned items found indefinitely.
q-Do I need to make an appointment?
a-Generally speaking, yes. However, there are times that we are able to accommodate clients that walk-in without an appointment. Most often,  you can make your appointment for the same day you call.

q-should i tip? what’s normal? 
a-leaving gratuities for work well done seems to be the norm, but of course, it’s totally up to you. if you do choose to tip, a good rule of thumb is to tip the little higher percent than you would in a restaurant. most people choose 20%-30% ($15-$25)
